Nayana started her working career in banking. During this time, she experienced physical health issues and took medical retirement in 1999. As her health issues did not improve with allopathic medicine, she sought complementary therapy and was introduced to Reiki healing, which improved her health significantly. This furthered her interest to train and teach Reiki.
In 2015 she discovered Pranic Healing whilst researching Super Brain Yoga on the internet. This led her to further her understanding and gain a much deeper degree of knowledge of the functioning of the energetic system and how this impacts physical and psychological health.
After learning Pranic healing, receiving treatments and healing herself from childhood trauma, fear and musculoskeletal ailments, she trained to become a full time Pranic therapist. She was impressed with the holistic approach to energy medicine and how she could apply the techniques to heal others, and indeed herself.
Nayana now focuses on Pranic Healing as a full time therapist working from her home and sharing the benefits and transformational tools of Pranic Healing to clients and students alike.
