Master Stephen Co is a senior disciple and personal student of Grand Master Choa Kok Sui, the founder of PRANIC HEALING®. He and his wife, Daphne, started the first PRANIC HEALING® center outside of the Philippines, the U.S. Pranic Healing Center/American Institute of Asian Studies, LLC, in Chino, California, to promote and teach PRANIC HEALING® the United States.
Master Co is an internationally renowned lecturer, trainer and practitioner of PRANIC HEALING®, who has taught the art of healing and human energy studies to thousands of students in the United States. His introductory lectures are thought-provoking, often compelling individuals who are not health practitioners to embark on learning PRANIC HEALING® techniques to improve their lives. His students include hundreds of physicians, nurses, dentists, acupuncturists, chiropractors, social workers, psychologists and alternative healthcare practitioners.
Master Co comes to the UK every year to teach the Higher Courses, Arhatic Yoga Courses and conducts Arhatic Yoga Retreats.

The name of this practice comes from the Sanskrit arhat which means “highly evolved person” or “saint”. It is essentially someone who has successfully refined their emotions to become a more spiritually developed person.
The process of Arhatic Yoga involves gentle exercises, meditation, breathing techniques and spiritual practices that have been blended together into a single system as formulated by Master Choa Kok Sui.
It brings together elements from Raja yoga, Jnana yoga, Bhakti yoga as well as other methods. This has led to it also being called the “Yoga of synthesis”
Arhatic Yoga Preparatory Level is the first Course to be attended to understand the essentials of this daily practice for self realisation.
Once the student has completed a minimum of 2 years of consistent practice, they may be eligible, on application, for Level 1 Arhatic Yoga, which allow the student to prepare the body and the energetic system for a bigger flow of energy.

MCKS Arhatic Yoga Level 1 involves the rapid activation of the chakras and opening of the major meridians to allow more higher frequencies of energy and Spiritual energy to flow through your system.
Students who have diligently practiced the Arhatic Yoga Preparatory Level for at least 2 years are eligible to apply for Arhatic Yoga Level 1.

Arhatic Yoga Level 3 deals with the esoteric secrets of internal alchemy and the building of the spiritual bridge of light (Antahkarana) as well as the development of the etheric golden energy body.
The practices of Arhatic Yoga Level 2 are incorporated into Arhatic Yoga Level 3, in which one activates the lower chakras first so that the physical body can withstand greater downpour of spiritual energy.
A minimum of 2 years of consistent and diligent practice of Arhatic Yoga Level 2 is required for applications for Arhatic Yoga Level 3.
Clairvoyance is referred to the ability to see beyond the physical form, the light between particles, the ability to see the energetic anatomy.
The Higher Clairvoyance Course is offered to those interested in developing the faculty to see beyond the physical world to complement one’s natural healing ability. The course provides the principals and techniques to develop the “inner eyes” which in esoteric science is also called “Heaven Eyes”.
