Emma’s journey to becoming a Pranic Therapist is deeply personal. After many years of struggling with debilitating ME/ Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, leading to depression and anxiety, she discovered the profound power of Pranic Healing. This ancient science of energy healing not only alleviated her own symptoms, allowing her to live a life free from chronic illness, but also ignited a passion to share this transformative modality with others.

Driven by her own healing journey, Emma is passionate about empowering others to achieve optimal physical, mental and emotional health and well-being. As a dedicated mother of two and primary school teacher, Emma recognises the importance of mental and emotional well-being in children. Emma incorporates mindfulness and meditation practices into her work, supporting young minds in navigating stress and developing inner peace.

Emma has witnessed first-hand the impact of Pranic Healing on family members, friends, students and clients. From alleviating chronic pain and improving sleep quality to reducing stress and anxiety, she has observed the transformation in countless individuals. These positive experiences have deeply inspired Emma to continue her work as a Pranic Therapist, supporting others on their journey to wellness.
