Tara’s journey into the world of healing came from a very different background. She previously ran her own business in the music industry for several years, but felt her heart was being pulled in a different direction, more towards helping people feel better and at peace in themselves.

After receiving Pranic Healing treatments and seeing how quickly the long standing emotional issues could be resolved, and the profound results her father experienced with his blood pressure and heart problems, Tara took the opportunity to sell her business and train as a Pranic Healing Therapist.

Tara treats clients from her home in Bourne End, where she lives with her husband and three daughters.

Tara is a dynamic and engaging Pranic Healing Level 1 Instructor. Her approach to teaching is practical, methodical and clear. This teaching style enables her students to easily understand the concepts and techniques of Pranic Healing and equips them with the skills necessary to utilise the teachings in their lives effectively. She is an established and highly proficient healer, having helped countless people improve their health physically, emotionally and mentally.
