Sophee had a difficult childhood and struggled with depression, anxiety and PTSD along with physical health problems including Systemic Lupus. After years of seeing specialist for her issues Sophee had given up hope of things improving for her.
At the end of 2020 Sophee hit a very low point and this is when she was recommended Pranic Healing and after a few treatments Sophee couldn’t believe the difference it made. After this she began Meditating daily and with regular treatments her mood and health improved more than she thought possible so she decided to learn Level 1 Pranic Healing.
Sophee then started healing friends and family and was amazed by the results and in 2021 completed all the courses up to level 4 and also learnt Arhatic Yoga.
Sophee is extremely passionate about Pranic Healing because it completely changed her life and now she is dedicated to a career as a therapist to help as many people as possible that are suffering with physical and mental health problems.
