De Vere Cotswold Water Park De Vere Cotswold Water Park Lake 6, South CerneyThe name of this practice comes from the Sanskrit arhat which means “highly evolved person” or “saint”. It is essentially someone who has successfully refined their emotions to become a more spiritually developed person.
The process of Arhatic Yoga involves gentle exercises, meditation, breathing techniques and spiritual practices that have been blended together into a single system as formulated by Master Choa Kok Sui.
It brings together elements from Raja yoga, Jnana yoga, Bhakti yoga as well as other methods. This has led to it also being called the “Yoga of synthesis”
Arhatic Yoga Preparatory Level is the first Course to be attended to understand the essentials of this daily practice for self realisation.
Once the student has completed a minimum of 2 years of consistent practice, they may be eligible, on application, for Level 1 Arhatic Yoga, which allow the student to prepare the body and the energetic system for a bigger flow of energy.
