There’s something so exciting about the anticipation of new things and experiences; those goosebump-inducing goals that we would just love to come to fruition. And the start of a new year is a natural time to be thinking about the life areas that we want to improve. We are ever evolving and there is no end to our potential for progress!
But on a practical level, how do we actually get from A to B? Especially when many of us will have had these dreams and goals for some time. If they haven’t materialised for us in the past, then how can we really work towards them appearing in our lives in the future? And how do we keep hold of our positivity in challenging times when the path ahead seems to be full of obstacles?
Appreciating what we have now is one of the simplest ways to change our mindset so we are focused on our current levels of abundance. Sometimes we need to take a step back and remember that the very things we have in our lives right now are things that we dreamed of not so long ago. This applies not only to the typical things we might pin on a vision board such as the big house, the swish car or the job with the amazing salary, but the things we simply couldn’t live without: access to clean water, food on the table, a roof over our heads… even the very air we breath.
To many people in the world, we are already living a prosperous life.
It’s also important that we remember Master Choa Kok Sui’s quote: ‘consistency of aim and effort.’ The journey will seemingly throw us off course from time to time, but as history has taught us when we study the experiences of all of the world’s great figures who have achieved great things, they never gave up. When the going got tough, they simply re-routed their efforts until they arrived at their destination.
And it is always helpful to bear in mind that we reap what we sow. If we would like more money, we need to give more money away – tithing to charities is a wonderful thing to do and it is also a smart thing to do. The same goes for all of the areas of our lives where we would like to see an upgrade; health, relationships and spirituality. The more we actively help these causes (supporting those with physical ailments and mental health challenges, conducting loving and peaceful relationships, practicing daily meditation and living a life full of kindness, gratitude and forgiveness), the more we see these things reflected back to us in the gifts that we receive.
But there is another way to speed our manifesting goals along and we are delighted to share the news that Master Stephen Co will be back in the UK to teach the Kriyashakti course in September. This is a two-day event where science and art fuse to reveal ancient secrets and techniques to help us create a prosperous life – materially, financially, and spiritually. It’s a course which happens on home turf every couple of years, so be sure to book your space and check out the prerequisite courses.
