We have just completed a year of living a relatively restricted life thanks to the pandemic. For all its silver linings, it has been a year marked with concerns about maintaining our health and well-being as well as that of our loved ones. As sunnier and warmer days come around, we are reminded of the great Chilean poet Pablo Neruda’s words – ‘you can cut all the flowers, but you can not keep the spring from coming.
Nature indeed has a way of regenerating and blooming even after having gone through harsh winter conditions. Spring season offers abundant reminders of this inbuilt natural ability to restore, rejuvenate and thrive, nudging us forwards to refocus on our own health goals too. The first daffodil blossoms see a lot more morning joggers and lunchtime walkers getting out and about. With the sun shining brighter, people take to more outdoorsy activities, working gardens, going on treks, or even socialising outdoors especially relevant through COVID-19.
Activities such as the above energise and naturally revitalise us, and for a very good reason. Fresh air, the sun and the ground are three main sources of vital energy or life force that keeps the body healthy and alive. This is called ‘Prana’ in Sanskrit. As we look to boost our baseline health, we have access to more than seasonal glories of Spring to fall back on.
Pranic Healing, an energy-based healing modality that is anchored on the concept of Prana and our ability to enhance it in our bodies can be available all year round.
Pranic Healing is a system developed by Master Choa Kok Sui leveraging the naturally available Prana and our physical body’s inherent ability to heal itself. Designed in a structured, easy to apply manner, the system makes energy-based healing accessible to people from all walks of life, irrespective of their background or existing belief system.
It is easily learnt in a weekend workshop, starting with an introduction to the fundamentals of the Pranic healing system. Please look for a Level 1 workshop at a location close to you.

Foundational to this system is the Meditation on Twin Hearts that helps maintain the health of your energy body, leading to more robust physical health, stress reduction and greater inner peace. The meditation is taught in the Level 1 Pranic Healing course but can also be independently learnt and practised.
