Improving Your Relationships

Are you finding your daily interactions with others a challenge and a drain on your energy levels?

Do you wish you had a magic wand to stop those around you from pushing your buttons; to calm that constant urge to react?

Do you wonder if lockdown and homeschooling will ever end?

The first piece of good news is… you are not alone.

Many of us haven’t been in our normal working environments for close to a year. We find ourselves playing teacher all over again – often whilst juggling the demands of our own careers – since our children are back learning from the home.

It goes without saying that even for those of us with the highest patience levels, smooth interaction within our own four walls feels like something we are constantly having to strive for.

Lockdown WILL end at some point. Life is perpetually in motion, nothing ever stays the same, energy is always moving. But until then it’s important that we take some time for inner reflection, which means becoming aware of our own habits and changing our focus accordingly.

Indeed, there is so much wisdom to be gleaned from the expression ‘when you point the finger at someone else, there are three more fingers pointing back at you.’

When our ‘apparent’ world has shrunk to the size of our home, we have a tendency to get out our ‘telescope’ and zoom in on the people around us. We mentally highlight their annoying habits and tally up our endless gripes about their behaviour.

But it’s a vicious circle. What we give out we get back… tenfold. And so the cycle continues: arguments flare up, relationships break down and depression, stress, anger, resentment, anxiety set in. The emotional toll can be relentless.

There are two immediate solutions to this:

Love and Forgiveness.

Transmuting the frequency of the emotion we give out to others – and that others boomerang back at us – is an absolute game-changer.

The second piece of good news is… there are some super-effective and simple tools we can learn and use in everyday life, not just during the pandemic, to flip the struggle on its head.

The depth of the teachings of Pranic Healing is vast and varied, but above all, the techniques (including those for the specifics mentioned in this article: love and forgiveness) are scientifically validated by students. Even on a Level 1 Pranic Healing course you will uncover easily applied yet leading-edge tools to help you transform every one of your relationships and live a happier, more harmonious life.
